NorCal Pathfinder BikeAthon Fundraiser

April 2,  Metro Air Park,  Sacramento


Our Fundraising Goal is $3000 for Bike-a-thon.
Pathfinders/Staff must have minimum of 5 sponsors to participate.

Track opens at 8am.  Helmets are required.  Bikes must be in good working condition.
Those working on the Biking Honor (50miles) will be registered as FastTrack.
Bring your own food, or purchase at the food booths.

Snowshoeing Honor – March 12

Pathfinders will be learning snowshoeing on Mt Shasta at the Bunny Flat parking lot. We will complete the snowshoeing honor and do some sledding.
There is a $20 rental fee for Boots, poles and snowshoes from our outdoors sponsor; Hermit’s Hut. Staff have a limited amount of equipment to loan.
Pathfinders will bring their own food.
Sunday, March 12
Meet at Redding Adventist Academy at 9am Sunday morning,
and return by 5pm.

Bell Ringing: 5 to 6 pm
This coming Sunday, (Dec 11) at Shasta Mall food court.
>>NO extra points for wearing full dress uniform because of cold.
Weather will be cold and rainy. (39°)
We will have 3 teams: 1)FoodCourt, 2)Sears, 3)Macy’s

ALL Pathfinders have church duties at their home churches this Sabbath.

Next Wed is our White Elephant Christmas Party. Bring a $5 or less wrapped gift to exchange. This week is LAST CHANCE FOR POINTS to win $25 gift certificate from Hermit’s Hut. One prize for pre-teens and one for teens. >>Must be present to WIN.<<

Food Drive

This year Redding Pathfinders are collecting canned & dry-good food, breads, and shelf-stable fruits and veggies for Bread of Life Food Pantry at 1356 E. Cypress,  and children’s clothing for God’s Closet-Redding at 2828 Eureka Way. We will be leaving paper shopping bags with donation info attached at homes around the city of Redding this Wed, Nov 9,  6 – 7pm, and returning the same time the next Wed, Nov 16 to pick up the bags from the curb.
Your donations are greatly appreciated  this Holiday Season.

Attention All Backpackers

We need to leave from RAA parking lot no later than 1pm this Friday, Sept 23. I will be there around 12 Noon. If you get there before 1pm, I can do an equipment check for you. We will be returning to RAA around 3pm on Sunday, Sept 25.

All Parents who have kids going on the backpacking trip this weekend, PLEASE call me today. 510-1226
